On the up and up for our bars: Low alcohol or alcohol-free!
Our fully stocked bars ensure we cater for guests who would like to enjoy both a fully stocked bar with alternatives to alcoholic beverages as well.
Non-alcoholic drinks have up to 0.5% alcohol and low alcohol drinks tend to be more aimed at alternatives to wines. Our Bars will stock whatever you would like to drinks and we love to stock new ideas and ranges to expand our choices.
On the up and up for our menus: Meat alternatives!
With an 80% increase in vegetarian orders from clients wanting our Vegan and Veggie options we have expanded our bespoke menus for meat-free foods. With our head chefs daughter being Vegan we are in safe hands for option choices!
On the up and up in our kitchen: Less plastic!
We are increasing our procedures in food creation to support less single-use plastics: the Attenborough effect is important to us and our clients and we making an big effort in our commercial kitchen to reuse and recycle.
On the up and Up for ingredients: Alternative diets!
We are increasing our range of ingredients to search for alternative to ensure all our guests are catered for safely, whilst maintaining the taste quality. A new trend for us being the use of banana flour, which is an amazing alternative to plain white flour.
